First Security Commercial Mortgage was a division of First Security Investor Reporting. The division provided private lending for all commercial properties. I managed all senior housing projects with an average loan amount of $9 million.

Company Overview: CapSource Lending Corp was a privately held company that provided lending for commercial real estate and was purchased by First Security Commercial Mortgage in 1997. I was responsible for the initial review and underwriting for all loan requests.

National Equity Advisors was a privately owned real estate consulting firm whose employees perform brokerage services and due diligence in connection with the acquisition of industrial, retail, office, apartment buildings and pre-buys; property acquisitions ranged from $10 million to $100 million. I was responsible for all the due diligence associated with the acquisition including but not limited to financial and market analysis, lease analysis and presentation of conclusions.

The commercial division provided financial services for middle market businesses ranging from $1 million to $25 million in sales in addition to loans secured by commercial real estate. I was an account officer for a portfolio consisting of 17 accounts, primarily commercial real estate.

The consumer loan division provided financial products to consumers. I was responsible for complete financial analysis, repayment potential and pro-forma projections. In addition, I generated all loan documents and disbursement of funds
