i have been working closely with my Ops for the past year on the daily operations of D75. Helping with:

• Preparations and meeting deadlines for Re-grand openings
• Preparing for Seasonal change over walk throughs with focus on product presentation and schematic integrity
• Leading conference calls with the bakery team while my boss was on vacation
• Training new bakery managers on daily operations and then being a resource for them to turn to for continued learning
• Shadowing my Ops monthly to learn and continue to better understand the inventory review process
• Learning the new Afresh ordering program and then using that gained knowledge and expertise to coach and train other bakery managers on the use of the program.

• Maintain a clean and organized work space focused on Food safety and productivity
• Evaluate inventory and delivery needs to meet customer demand while maintaining a budget focused on profitability
• Train and develop team associates in products, quality, selling techniques, and procedures
• Team building based on communication, accountability and leadership
• Push to achieve sales goals and follow programs implemented by the company
• Writing a schedule to meet the needs of the business that also meets the labor expectation
• Continuously adapting to technology, programs, and systems
• 5 locations

• Responsible for producing product to keep department full and fresh
• Maintain bakeries visual appeal, engage customers and promote merchandise
• Implement upselling strategies and assist customers in finding alternative merchandise to meet needs
• Working with a team to achieve goals and be successful
