Team leadership towards daily sales goals, while also maintaining team schedules and productivity. Whether it be in sales, or organization of product shelving, my duty is to inspire my team to be the best it can be. I often have responsibility of end of day closure for store.

My duties were to open and close store paint department.

Accomplish tasks and orders in a timely manner. I worked closely with contractors on large process orders. I was responsible for assisting individual customers with color selection and proper product for their application needs.

Conducted regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels, preventing stock-outs or overstock situations.
