  • Maintain/update inspection logs (ie. Initial inspections, 3rd Inspections, inspectors schedule).
  • Maintain filing systems for abatement/termination paperwork and certified/return mail.
  • Maintain and order adequate supply of office materials for Inspections department.
  • Screen and route incoming calls from the general public and other county government agencies. Determine which requires direct attention of HA staff or refer to other agencies.
  • Occasionally investigate past abatements or terminations of former tenants and landlords upon request.
