When I first joined this company, I worked as a data entry clerk responsible for arranging transportation for AHCCCS members. As I gained more experience, I was promoted to the position of lead dispatcher. In this role, I was in charge of finding drivers for the members and providing support to my colleagues. In April 2021, I was promoted again, this time to the role of supervisor for our dispatch department. As a supervisor, my duties included assisting my team whenever necessary, monitoring representatives, ensuring prompt answering of department calls, and making sure that our AHCCCS members were picked up on time. Additionally, I kept accurate attendance records and offered assistance to the department manager as required.
