I am enthusiastic and reliable in a professional setting, and I take pride in providing excellent customer care to create a safe and open environment for all clients I encounter. I am skilled in anticipating customer and client needs, addressing complaints and resolving issues in timely manner. I maintain my focus and positive attitude in stressful situations and high-volume environments. As a former division 1 softball player, I am very equipped to demonstrate my skills as a team player, along with my ability to adjust to new environments and perform under high stress situations. I believe my hardworking personality, critical thinking skills, and passion for healthcare allow me to stand out as a prospective candidate to further the best patient care in the company. I am very ready to help achieve company goals. I have spent all 4 years of my undergraduate experience as a student athlete. I originally attended the University of Hartford, where I would then transfer to Morgan State University. Skills I developed from being a division 1 athlete are time management, being a team player, adapting to new circumstances and new environments, and moving in a fast-paced environment.
