I answer over 100 calls daily which include taking messages, scheduling vaccine appointments or directing to the appropriate department.
I am responsible for scheduling flu and covid vaccines and canceling medical appointments over the phone.
I am also the designated team member to assist SYH patient's with any MyChart assistance such as creating their account step by step, assisting with password change and assuring they gain complete access into their account.
