Working directly with homeowners and subcontractors on warrantable claims and concerns, responsible for scheduling warranty repairs, as well as conducting assessments on any incoming claims that contain warrantable requests. Responsible for multiple neighborhoods in Cullman, Arab, Hartselle, Priceville, and Decatur.

Working directly with homebuyers, subcontractors, and the 11-month Warranty Superintendent on warrantable claims or concerns; responsible for all scheduling on Buildertrend, as well as conducting assessments on any incoming claims that contain warrantable requests. Responsible for multiple neighborhoods in the Prattville/Millbrook area, totaling over 250 houses.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to assist site Superintendent with quality control as well as efficiency.

Daily scheduling and monitoring of homes prior to closing to ensure closing while keeping the highest standards.

Daily monitoring of subdivision and development erosion control measures.

Assistance with warranty claims.

Daily interaction with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors all while maintaining the high standards of Stone Martin Builders.

Assistance with ensuring site safety measures.

Main responsibilities include repair and painting of damaged drywall, repairing damaged wallpaper and painting various surfaces both interior and exterior. Also responsible for preventative maintenance on chillers and air handlers fro casino, preventative maintenance on all ice machines, keeping coils clean on all kitchen and bar refrigeration equipment and minor electrical and plumbing work.

Specializing in door and window sales and installation. Unloading and loading delivery trucks. Operating lift equipment on a daily basis.

Painting interior and exterior surfaces and repairing damaged dry wall. This was a part time/ summer job.

Assisting customers with their needs, loading and unloading deliver trucks, and assisting shipping and receiving with freight.

Unloading deliver trucks and stocking store shelves.
