Started working in Waste Industry in 1994 with American Disposal,Operated equipment and led staffing to maintain Safe and Compliant work site while learning the Landfill business. Maintained clean and efficient site doing volumes up to 2000 tons per day. Worked under 3 managers during that period and then Resource recover was purchased by American Disposal that's when i was involved with restructure of Cherryvale Landfill (Resource Recovery) In 1999 Allied Waste services purchased , American Disposal and believe BFI waste systems and that time.

Shortly after that i was hired as Ops Manager for Wheatland Landfill and Resource Recovery to Manage both facilities. Ran those Facilities working under Pete Forst and then gained Cherryvale Hauling company about a year later and managed all until 2006. At that time was asked by Brad Zimmerman to consider coming to Prairie View Regional Waste facility in Lamar Mo. Was hired for the position by Kurt Bodendorfer and then worked for him until his retirement and currently work for Tiffany Dawson. Have always worked hard and been committed to doing the job to the best of my ability, Have definitely seen my share of ups and downs within the business ,has been very rewarding career and i continue to be very proud of what we do. Republic Services has always been exceptional Company to work for.
