  • Properly filed a Motion for Continuance and Extension of Time pursuant to 735 ILCS § 5/2-
    1007 to appropriately retain counsel to be in compliance with local and state Probate Court rules related
    to my mother's estate.


Coles County, IL November 2021-December 2023

  • Pro Se Plaintiff for Intentional Battery, Intentional Assault, Dramshop torts. Not limited to: learned to litigate, properly plead a concise causes of action for the torts listed above pertaining to my Complaint. I exchanged discovery with opposing counsel; drafted and propounded Supreme Court Rule 213 Interrogatories, Supreme Court Rule 213fs “Identify witnesses” (F1) lay witnesses, (F2) treating physicians, (F3) independent/controlled experts; strategically propounded and supplemented Supreme Court Rule 214 Request to Produce, propounded 216 Request to Admit separate from all other discovery, which manifested me into to filing a motion to strike Defendant responses and deem facts admitted for late responses beyond 28-days of service and Defendant responses not properly signed by the client; utilized the RID rule for 6-months against the City of Charleston;I researched case law via Case Text, Westlaw; successfully defeated multiple 2-615 & 2-619 motions to dismiss;Utilized the “Foxcroft Rule” on my amended complaints to preserve past stricken pleadings for appeals; coordinated and participated in (7) discovery depositions; successfully filed and won varies motions like motions not limited to Motions for Extension of time pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 183, Substitution of Judge for cause pursuant to Supreme court Rule 63 cannon 3 Section C. Disqualification. (e) the judge or the judge's spouse, or a person within the third degree of relationship to either of them, or the spouse of such a person:(i) is a party to the proceeding, or an officer,director, or trustee of a party etc; thwarted fabricated body cam evidence that was furnished to me in RID discovery by opposing counsel that was admitted genuine. Properly brought fabricated evidence i received in RID discovery to the courts attention, it resulted in the opposing counsel to declining and or terminating representation the next day pursuant to ABA Rules 1.16 and led to proper grievance with the IARDC.


Cook County, IL May 2019-October 2019

  • Filed my Medical-Malpractice claim, successfully voluntarily non-suited my Medical-Malpractice claim
    “without” prejudice with the ability to refile within one-year from voluntary dismissal. I was able to have
    attorney review my claim and refile it within a year, the claim is still pending.
