  • Maintained accurate records relating to the operation of over 70 clients' 401k retirement plans. These duties include: preparation and interpretation of Plan documents using Datair Document system, preparation of clients' pension plan tax returns, annual reconciliation of Trust Accounting, review of client census information, maintaining compliance with the IRS, DOL reporting agencies.

  • Tracked and administered all distributions, loans, hardships, RMDs and deposits. Also prepared all loan amortizations schedules for client participants. Average of 15-30 distribution, rollover, hardship or loan requests administered weekly.
  • Responsible for imputing and tracking 10-15 client payrolls on a weekly basis.
  • Utilized ASC valuation software to calculate accurate testing for year end valuation of client plans, which included: determining eligibility, key EEs and HCEs, 401(b) ratio percentage tests and average benefits tests, 401(a)(4) non-discrimination tests, top heavy tests, ADP/ACP testing, 402(g) and 415 limit calculations.
  • Assisted with annual qualified plan audits; collaborated with third Party CPA and third party Actuary with the audit and preparation of a few Plans more complicated annual filings. (3-4 Plans).
  • Administered a variety of DC Plans, including: 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, employee stock ownership plans, and profit-sharing plans. Small amount of work with a few Defined Benefit Plans.
  • 90+ % of administered Plans used Volume Submitter Plans and Prototype Plans. A small % of Plans were Individually Designed Plans.
  • Responsible for internal company record keeping of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Created and presented monthly AP/AR report for controller and maintained accounting for all expenses, profits and loses.
