• Received incoming calls from insureds, or Body Shops and held a virtual inspection of their vehicle for weather related claims;
• Reviewed damages with insured & wrote estimates using CCC One.
• if vehicle was repairable I Settled & closed claim. And
• When warranted, Evaluated vehicles condition, Packages and options and requested ACV to determine if it was Repairable or Total Loss: if Total Loss, referred to Express

Field Adjuster Property:

• Received claims, called insureds, scheduled and performed inspections; reviewed scope of damages with insureds, wrote estimates, settled & closed claims.

Desk Adjuster property

• Receive claims, Review file notes contact insureds introduce myself as new Claim Owner; answer any questions or concerns of insured; set expectations, brand call
• Dispatch field adjuster if needed, handle claim if it could be resolved with assistance from insured (claim experience)
