  • A residential technician is responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s) including personal care and hygiene, household support, and independent living skills, and all activities outlined in the consumer’s individual treatment plan. These tasks are carried out under the supervision of the Group Home Manager, Site Coordinator, or Behavior Therapist and minor child’s parent/guardian. Typical Duties: 1. Assisting consumers with personal hygiene. This may include, but is not limited to, toileting, bathing, dressing, shaving, dental care, etc. 2. Implementing each consumer’s individual treatment plan and completing all required documentation in a timely manner. 3.
