• Utilized agile methodologies to ensure a total of 200+ AdTech projects were delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget by leading daily scrum meetings and actively managing each respective project through completion in Asana, Smartsheet, and G-Suite
• Led cross-functional teams to successfully launch the new AttnX, InfillionX, NeXt, ShopX, XtendedView, and InStadium products resulting in an improved company product offering and higher customer retention year-over-year
• Led communication with the Hulu QC team to test and approve digital engagements prior to flighting across Hulu inventory while resolving relevant issues to meet all Hulu specifications for publishers
• Contributed to the company-wide rollout of blueprint templates improving efficiency by shortening the time to develop engagements from an average of 20 days to 10 days
• Researched, created, tested, and refined project & product templates to improve all phases of the project life cycle
