Accomplishments

When I was hired into my current role as Counter Manager the area had previously been abandoned and sales were down 30% to sales plan than the previous year. Just in the short span of almost a year I’ve been there sales have averaged 5% ABOVE sales plan every month since I’ve taken over, and we have created a new slate for clientele to return and feel welcomed.
