I redact confidential information before giving out incident and accident reports to customers. Confidential information usually consist of social security numbers, phone numbers, addresses, drivers license/ID numbers, any witness information, ACIC or NCIC information and if an the victim is a minor ALL information has to be redacted.
I work backup as a switchboard operator answering non-emergency calls. I also forward messages and provide general information to the public.

I close traffic cases when fines are paid in full.
I change traffic court dates when a customer needs more time to pay.
I dispose traffic cases by using guilty, dismiss or dismiss civil penalty.
At the beginning of the day I open up the safe and grab my money bag and I when I close out my drawer at the end of the day I make sure to put the bag back in the safe.
