During my position at Catamount Ski Resort I had the hybrid role of Data Entry Associate and Call Service Representative. Daily tasks included,

• Providing exceptional customer service when speaking with clients to book lessons and process their payments.
• Sorting documents and maintaining a organized filing process for schedules and reviewing source documents for completeness and validity before entry.
• Updating and maintained customer information, documents and records.
• Managing a high volume of calls efficiently by organizing workload effectively and multitasking when necessary.

Funtopia is an indoor playground for children. While working at Funtopia my role consisted of being a Supervisor and my daily tasks were as follows,

• Overseeing daily operations of staff, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Mentoring and training junior staff members in the beginnings of their career, sharing knowledge from years of experience in the field.
• Scheduling to ensure coverage during open hours without overstaffing, balancing customer service with cost efficiency.
• Resolving conflicts among team members and customers promptly, maintaining a healthy work environment.
