After various experiences abroad, I opened my own restaurant in Italy in 1999. I continued working in restaurants for many years in different countries and different roles, and later moved to the United States, where I gained more experience.
I'm always ready for new challenges and to improve my skills and business knowledge about restaurants and hospitality.
