Planning, Steering & Governance:

• Contribute to the execution of strategic HR initiatives and serve as a point of contact for Leadership Partner and Generalist on people operations processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal deadlines. - Manage risks, regulatory audits, and stay up-to-date with labor laws and industry best practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Lead the compensation and benefits area, ensuring attractive and competitive strategies for BMW Mexico and Financial Services Mexico.
• Coordinate salary and bonus planning, conducting grading for FL IV levels and below.
• Align local processes with central frameworks and participate in external compensation and benefits surveys.

HR Digital Technology and Payroll Systems:

• Lead HR digital projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. - Oversee benefits administration and coordinate payroll activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare payroll and benefits reports.

Support for International Assignments Process:

• Provide support in coordinating logistics and managing documentation for international assignments.
• Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance and administrative integration of globally mobile employees.

• Consults, supports and advises line management / top management regarding HR processes generally and regarding implementation of HR measures on individual level.
• Provides contribution from local perspectives to the HR Region on operative and strategic HR topics, initiatives and projects, and about results of HR processes on local level.
• Recruit select, hiring and onboard fix positions, terms, interns, scholarships, assuring fairness in hiring practices.
• Seeking internal and external talent acquisition based on business needs by applying assessments, interviewing external candidates and reviewing success factors systems for possible internal successors.
• Work together with compensation and benefits teams, to develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Consistent development of future talent across all divisions offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals.
• Represents the local branch in Job Fairs/Hiring Events/Local Staffing Initiatives.

• Responsible of attraction and selection of talent that fulfill the specific requirements of the specific role and area (from operative areas to Management).
• Champion of organizational development process like performance management, career plans, succession planning, etc.
• Understand the Business drivers, the current and long-term strategy and identify opportunities for HR to add value to the Business. Set and implement HR priorities in the organization in line with division and people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate.
• Ensure competence development actions supporting the business strategy are in place; Implement learning and development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with Head of Departments. Collaborates with Learning Partners to decide appropriate learning strategies and commission design and execution of customized programs to meet the needs identified.
• Advise on labor relations issues to the leadership group to ensure compliance with internal and legal policies and procedures.

• Supervise compliance of policies, norms and strategies necessary for the correct planning, administration and development of Human Resources, as well as provide competent and motivated personnel for the fulfillment of organization mission.
• Ensure the attraction and selection of talent that fulfill the specific requirements of the specific role and area.
• Support the strategy of the assigned area by providing advice on strategic human resources issues, implementing key processes that optimize human capital.
• Develop and implement change management strategies according to organizational objectives becoming a change agent.
• Develop and monitor the current training and development strategy, as well as ensure the execution of the actions established in the performance evaluations and Competence Management.
• Promote and guarantee the planning of the workforce that allows the correct application of the Human Resources and organizational operation programs.
• International Assignments administrator: Properly follow-up for outbound & inbounds process.

• Product Manager responsible for PLCs, Drive Technology, Safety, Security, and Environmental training development.
• Conducting Training Needs Analysis on an ongoing basis (status is up to date at least quarterly). Prioritizing identified needs against realistic budget provision.
• Understanding the availability of training provision both from local and German sources, maintaining, with Purchasing, a common understanding of training providers.
• Creating an annual training plan and monitoring delivery against this. Delivery of identified training needs.
• Training Coordinator for Body in white, Paintshop, Central Maintenance, Safety, Facilities and Construction technologies. Moderator of Training & Recruitment Circle.

• Develop individual training plans, responding to the training needs of business. Ensure the satisfaction of standards in design, quality, and relevance according to the requirements of customers.
• Coordinate and manage specific programs in accordance with objectives set out in the organizational plans regarding employee training. Perform the actions of monitoring them.
• Coordinate the development related to the accreditation of training plans by the STPS administrative processes.
• Develop tools to regularly assess the quality and impact of training in order to improve the results of the plans and activities, as well as correspondence with the goals, objectives, and business needs.
• Management Apprentices, HC, and external personnel of the company are responsible for monitoring payments to suppliers and creating OC.

• Management of HR processes with those responsible for the assigned areas attending by telephone for national partners on general topics of Staff Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, International Assignments and Information Systems HR.
• Establish and maintain a database containing the personal data of all working correctly, (name, CURP, RFC, homoclave) and if there are errors, make the necessary representations to the relevant authorities to correct, fix and update the database. Keep track and control (high, low, exits, rehiring, fee contracts, changes in status, etc.) movements. Manager module in SAP P59.
