As a phone operator, my job was to take customer orders over the phone. I answered calls, helped customers choose their pizzas or menu items, and made sure I got all the details right, such as delivery addresses and special instructions. I also took reservations, answered questions about the menu, and provided information about deals or specials. During busy times, I made sure to stay organized and kept the line moving smoothly, so no one had to wait too long. My main goal was to make sure customers had a great experience, and got their orders just the way they wanted.

As a volunteer childcare worker at my mom's daycare, I helped take care of the kids, making sure they were safe, happy, and engaged. I played with them, helped with art and crafts, and read them stories. I also helped with snack time, making sure the little ones had everything they needed, and that the area stayed clean. I supported the daycare staff by helping with activities. I also helped with basic tasks, like cleaning up toys and organizing the space. My main goal was to create a fun and safe environment where the kids could learn and enjoy their time at daycare.

As a volunteer softball coach, I helped teach kids the basics of the game, such as how to hit, catch, and throw. I organized practices, explained the rules, and helped the team improve their skills through drills and fun exercises. I also encouraged good sportsmanship, teamwork, and making sure everyone felt included. During games, I assisted with coaching from the sidelines, giving tips, and motivating the players. I worked closely with the kids to build their confidence and ensure they were having fun while learning the game. My main goal was to create a positive and supportive environment where the players could grow and enjoy their time on the field.
