Throughout my 9 year's of employment with Grand Lux I have not only went over and beyond for all my customer's expectations to make sure they are completely satisfied, but I have continuously challenged myself to gain strength, knowledge, and perseverance. I will always assist where i am needed, have high energy and a positive mindset. There have been several situations where I have thrown myself into the fire, to try my very best to react smart, be patient and kind, defuse any hostel encounters. Yes, I am lead trainer, which means I also train all new employees with serving positions, expediting, food running, hosting, and all area's that may need growth. Whenever my company is short handed of staff members I am always willing to stay longer, help out where ever I am needed. Being a team player is extremely important, we all need to lean on each other to accomplish a smooth and functional shift. As lead trainer my duties are to be able to take to go orders, assist with seating, run food as well as drinks, bus and clean tables, check inventory, making sure the line on expo is running smooth and everything is plated properly and presented perfect for our guest. I will always challenge myself, work very hard, have high energy, be personable, and continue to further my career. As someone who has been in the restaurant business for over almost 20 years we must have dedication, loyal to our word, accountable for our actions, and work well with others. Work together, we are a team.

Wings Plus I was not only serving but I wrote the schedule and accommodated the employees for time off, trying my best to please everyone which could be a difficult task at times. I also did packaging for togo orders, and ubereats, expedited the line to make sure food wasn't being run wrong or not cooked properly. For few years I did all of the party events, did the pre paid food, coordinated decorations, provided catering, I personally would reach out to the customer, go through each area of concern, i would receive all the information needed as far as guest count, food option, drinks and cocktail prices. I have been such a loyal employee that I am not even on the schedule, I'm still an employee because every now and again I'll be asked to help out and I always do if I do not have prior engagements

While working at the casino grave shift which was 11:45pm-8:15am I was also at Wings Plus from 5pm-11pm, the reason why this is mentioned is because it shows my continuous fight, drive, dedication, and determination. I will forever be a great asset, performer, and colleague. At the casino I would provide coffee, drinks, water, whatever the patriot needs, I say patriot because even if you were not playing I still attended to you. While walking throughout the casino collecting orders you had to remember who the person was because 98% of the time they moved on to a different machine. I also worked in the nectar lounge which I assembled and coordinated private parties, and events. I worked aside pit bosses to provide a perfect experience with the elite/gold member players. This was an amazing experience for me as I learned what the behind scene looked like as far as private events, professionalism, exceptions always high and you had to excel with high energy, and a bright smile. I truly learned so much and enjoyed being challenged everyday, I was continuously evolving and developing.

Ruby Tuesday was my very first restaurant, I started as togo, order taker, and I slowly climbed that ladder and shown myself as a dedicated employee. At Ruby Tuesday I came into work early to assist with prep work before my shift, I did all the salad, spaced out and did all portion control, also did inventory once a month. I assisted other locations, I would support and attend where ever I was needed.

I visited and supported other locations where they were short handed, which exposed me to many different scenarios, build up my confidence and encouragement.
