Working in the pharmacy I cary out a number of routine, inventory, and patient related tasks such as:

• Patient outreach phone calls to give reminders about available prescriptions and immunizations
• Counting pills and filling prescriptions
• Resolving insurance claims
• Maintaining a correct electronic inventory of hundreds of different medications
• Connecting patients with a pharmacist to answer any questions they might have
• Checking in and counseling patients about vaccinations

• Inspection of glass pieces after the tempering process to ensure quality, packaging product into crates to be shipped to customers, and training new employees.
• Facilitating clear communication between production lines and quality control teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to increased revenue by minimizing customer dissatisfaction and product waste through effective inspections and detecting defective product.

• General labor manufacturing steel tanks for liquid and gas storage, using industrial welding machines.
• Maintained equipment functionality with regular inspections and preventative maintenance practices, reducing repair costs and downtime.

• Worked to serve customers, cook food, train new employees, and maintain a sterile work environment by practicing proper food safety techniques.
