  • Setting probation violation hearings and verifying/entering completions when processing the internal and external reports
  • Provides case management to defendants via email/phone calls with and outside agencies
  • Process confined docket daily looking for new charges as well as conditions order that may violate probation.
  • Providing customer service internally and externally via phone calls, emails and instant messaging

  • Providing information to clients on their probation orders as well as providing directives to the courts general population at the probation window
