Became a dining room server after the restaurant had opened and learned the fine dining part of being a server. I exhibited exceptional service and gained more experience with working with a bigger team.

Started as a host in 2020 and assisted guests in getting seating and information on the menu as well as the restaurant. Gave excellent service and was friendly and inviting. Moved up to food runner in 2021, learning how to manage multiple tickets efficiently and to get food out exactly as expected to the customer. I became a server in 2023, when I turned 18. I closed the bar on the weekends and learned excellent service techniques as well as selling different items on the menu. In 2025 I became a bartender and manager at the business.
