a. Communicates, implements, and enforces organization’s operational policies and procedures, while evaluating opportunities to improve Club operations; designs and communicates strategies to implement improvements.
b. Plans for and ensures environment, programs, and services prepare youth for success. Ensures programs delivers results and desired outcomes.
c. Analyzes and reviews Club’s membership levels and average daily attendance and develops and implements strategies to increase membership in order to reach maximum capacity. Plans and takes actions required to obtain community and volunteer support.
d. Ensures Human Resources policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
a. Provide direct and indirect supervision to part-time professionals and recognize accomplishments. Develops agendas and conduct regular leader meetings.
a. Ensures designated and daily year-round and summer programs are delivered, that programs meet stated objectives, member needs and interests, and are organized and engaging; monitors programs and collaborates with leaders to pan and implement improvements. Plans and implements procedures to measure and report outcomes. Ensures Club’s special events and field trips are properly planned and supervised.
b. Collaborates with Chief Operating Officer to manage budget that support Club needs; monitors and controls expenditures and reports variances. Approves Club’s expenditures to authorized level and ensures expenditures considered costs and best value.
a. Participate in activities to maintain favorable public relations for Club’s programs and services
b. Implement strategies to track and report grant deliverables. Oversees and monitors grant implementation performance to ensure compliance.
a. Assess risk and implement programs and policies to minimize loss and exposure to loss.
b. Communicates and enforces organization’s policies, procedures and standards with regard to upkeep, usage and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds are maintained with repairs accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
c. Observes members and works with leaders to correct unsafe behaviors, to enforce safety rules, and to communicate safety guidelines. Ensures emergency procedures are implemented and followed and take actions to prevent accidents.
a. Ensures information and other data is maintained on programs, membership, etc. are accurate and timely.
b. Responds to development and operation needs for information to support resource development initiatives by developing, maintaining, and preparing appropriate records and reports.
c. Prepares accurate, timely paperwork required to hire, compensate, terminate and discipline employees. Prepares reports for Unit Advisory Board that describes Club’s successes, challenges, opportunities and needs.
d. Monitor unit CACFP meal program.
