Cole Kurcz

I am currently pursuing a degree in welding technology at Metropolitan Community College, where I am learning all the different types of welding. A few of the major classes I have completed are Print reading for welders and OSHA 30 for general industry. The welding field is something I am very passionate about and strive to be the best. While I continue my learning I exemplify a driven and hard working attitude to learn from each and everything I do. My experience at Target has taught me that you have to take everything one step at a time. While here I have been trained to do it all and help out my peers when they need it, I excel at communication and have a teamwork based attitude. Target trusted me to train new employees and order the produce for the following days. I am a diligent and dependable employee and have exceptional people skills. I will apply what I have learned from my previous jobs to my future welding career.
