As shift leader I was responsible for overseeing my coworkers on the line at the time. Checking inventory, counting and making sure cash registers were accurate. While, simultaneously, working on the line. Other duties included unloading trucking shipments of supplies and daily maintenance/cleaning.

• Collaborated with parents and staff to address individual needs of each child, resulting in improved overall development.
• Developed and maintained a safe, nurturing environment for children by enforcing strict safety guidelines and daily inspections.
• Mentored staff members to enhance their skills in early childhood education and promote professional growth within the team.
