• Helped large volume of customers every day with positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction. Including phone calls and out of department calls on the selling floor.

• Focused on the stocking of freight either on the shelf or top-stock. This included with a Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, Forklift, and Order Picker.
• Unloaded trucks such as; freight trucks, concrete, drywall, lumber, mulch, concrete block, and many others. Most trucks require the use of forklifts either outside or inside.
• Worked on the building of displays or planograms throughout the store. This would include the moving of racking, uprights, shelving, or simple product replacement.
• Have the ability to use "work phones" such as Zebras or anything close to it. This includes but is not limited to scanning product into inventory locations for accuracy and easy customer finding, calling another associate for help or questions, using the phone to help customers find product around the store.
• Developed community reputation through commitment to customer satisfaction and strong client relationships. This includes helping Lowes "Pros" or contractors who come in who are professional and need their product fast.
• Note - Hours cut in the winter so I took employment at ClearVent located in Ashland. Cleaning vents and furnaces in residential and commercial areas.
• Started part time until I became a manager for about a year then stepped down into a receiving stocking role.

• Operated 2-3 machine proficiently and in compliance to safety standards.
• Packaged finished products that were going to be transported for additional processing, storage or selling.
• Put together firearm accessories such as sights, triggers, and stocks in a timely and orderly fashion. Tried to achieve high production of such accessories in a timely fashion.

For the past two winters I coach basketball. This is basically another full time job but it is my passion. This requires my employer to be flexible in my schedule. This goes from November to mid March and some time in the summer for camps and things.

- Practice every day but Sundays from times ranging from after school (3-5:30) or evening (5:30-7:30). Games also every Friday and Saturday and sometimes during the week depending on scheduling. This makes it to wear I lean towards Monday - Friday work weeks and 1st shift preferred.
