In my time as a fulfillment associate, the daily functions and tasks are more mentally, and intellectually stimulating than one might believe upon first glance. As a current employee I have been tasked with pulling specific, detailed orders from shelves, remaining cognizant of order details such as ship to locations, billing addresses, email, phone numbers of customers that come into play when I adequately process these orders after packaging received items. Once packaged, I process these items in a fast paced environment, technologically, using software specific to the fulfillment department.

This position has taught me patience, further customer service values in person, over email, and over the phone, attention to detail, effective communication techniques, and the ability to remember a wide ranging plethora of online methodologies and processes critical to the procedure of processing orders in a punctual, satisfactory time frame.

This summer I had the privilege of shadowing Candi Rambo, Esq. on multiple occasions assisting in review of court documents, cases, briefs, Voir Dire material, assisting with the content of these documents and organizing these files for Mrs. Rambo.

I had the honor of being able to observe, note take, review and attend multiple events and trials, and additionally work side by side with a successful attorney, conveying a path and direction of employment I plan to pursue.

As a food and beverage warehouse member I was involved with a team of peers tasked with tackling fast paced initiatives such as hauling/loading pallet jacks with inbound park/restaurant foods/packages and delivering the items to said restaurants

- Gained valuable customer service experience and personality skills stemming from cooperation with specific restaurants/vendors within the park. Directing incoming freight when managers were absent, answering calls about available supplies within the warehouse and punctually delivering items to said location, in addition to forklift operation

• In this Extremely fast workplace environment, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, online purchases were at an additional heightened peak, so loading 2-3 trucks with 10-50 pound boxes at a time with additional boxes coming down that assembly line between the hours of 3-9 AM, was expected. This job taught me values that other companies struggle to teach. I learned business efficiency techniques, big picture goals, importance of time management, how to work in fast paced conditions, mental composure, communication, and the overall cooperative importance of teamwork.
