Before I became I lead was working in Pc and Jose was my supervisor. I worked in pc for a couple months and than I went to QA and Linda on 2nd shift was my supervisor and I was a QA for about 2 years and than I went to day shift as a QA in Marination and than I got tired and I went to work in leg export and I love leg export and I saw a bid up to be a lead in evis and like anyone I didn’t like it but ones I got sorter certified the work came naturally to me.

Well I use to do chucks and other kind of chickens over there I can’t remember all the types of chickens we had to do but I love what I did over there I got along with everybody and we had to training new people that came in over there and sometimes we would clean like move the totes and get them out the way before sanitation come over there. And than I quit in January and went to the bakery making bread and I got hurt there. And I went back to peco food.

When I started peco foods i started in mega jet and I started making goals for myself to move up in life and than in 2 months I became a QA I’m pack out and than in 4 months I became a floater I end up knowing every department there was beside evis and live hang but if anyone was late I was to start up and until they make it there and if they didn’t come in I was doing the job I had no problem learning different departments. I just love a good challenge to keep my mind busy.

When I started i was just putting cookies in a can and than i knew how to run the line by myself when I need to give break I could put cookies in a can and put the lids on at the same time. And I had got a new supervisor and in three months he promoted me to be a lead there and at first I didn’t want it and than I said it could be a challenge for me. So I was a lead for 2 years there. And if someone was late coming in to relieve me I had to stay and started up for the next shift.
