At Booty’s, I excelled in a hostess role, enhancing guest satisfaction by leveraging my customer service expertise and effective multitasking abilities. I trained new staff, ensuring high service standards, and significantly contributed to a welcoming dining experience. My skills in phone etiquette and empathy further elevated the guest experience, showcasing my commitment to excellence in hospitality. I have a great attitude towards customers, and always greeting them with a welcoming smile.

I currently have a certification for Early Childhood Development. I worked with infants, pre-k, and toddlers. I achieved this through sophomore, Junior, and senior year of high school. I really enjoy working with kids and understanding their developmental skills.

I have also succeeded in sports medicine, I learned about sports medicine throughout my Freshman and Senior year of High School. I became CPR Certified while attending these classes. I really enjoyed the hands on projects such as, practicing CPR, learning how to use an AED, and how to properly use a static treated transfer board.
