  • I spearheaded the conceptualization, staffing, development and piloting of the groundbreaking Army Civilian Marketplace application. By developing this application, we were able to capture and effectively utilize data for talent alignment and career management. This project highlighted my skills in taking ideas from conception to implementation while building relationships with team members.
