Dynamic Amazon Associate with extensive experience in problem-solving and training, adept at enhancing operational efficiency. Proven track record in complex issue resolution and relationship building, serving as a Learning Ambassador and Process Guide. Skilled in data entry and collaborative teamwork, ensuring smooth operations in fast-paced environments.
As an Amazon Associate working in the Singles Department, I carefully pack individual items into boxes according to customer orders with efficiency. Before transferring to SYR1, I worked at ATL2 and gained experience in several areas. I worked in the AFE2 Pack Department, where I packed multiple items into boxes based on customer needs and screen instructions.
While in the Pack Department, I also learned roles in Sort and Flow, which included Induct and Rebin. Induct is a role where I would grab an item from a tote and scan it into a tray coming to my station from Rebin. Rebin involves grabbing an item from a tray coming to my station, then touching a sensor on the station and placing the item in the correct area indicated by the screen and light.
I also gained experience in problem-solving areas, such as Kickouts, which worked in CTI. In this role, I would handle boxes with issues, such as weight tolerance problems for master packs or damages. Another problem-solving area was Problem Solve Pack, where I would receive items from a specific wall designated for problem solvers. I would then repack the items after identifying and addressing any issues that the original packer had indicated .
During my time there, I became a Learning Ambassador, teaching the roles I was trained in: Pack, Rebin, Induct, and Kickouts. As a Learning Ambassador, I also conducted retraining sessions for other Amazon Associates.
While in the AFE2 Pack Department, I was given the opportunity to serve as a Process Guide for almost a year, which provided me with extensive knowledge. I learned how to staff associates at various stations using Staffing Command Center and other websites, such as Rainbow. These sites provided information on Induct lane control, Rebin lane control, Grafana Sort Side, Atlas, and Guided Coaching (also called GCA). Understanding how these websites worked enhanced my ability to perform process guide duties effectively, as I had a reliable team to work with.
Additionally, I was trained to clear jams from the MRS and Trace Order, which are critical tasks to keep the area functioning smoothly and efficiently.
