Responsible for greeting customers and assisting them in making decisions in purchasing items for their loved ones, customer satisfaction, answering phones, taking orders, handling the cash register and credit card machine, delivery, meeting the high demand of fast pace work during the holidays, working with vendors, plant care, making silk flower hanging baskets, and cleaning.

Responsible for taking care of traumatized children, showing love, patience, and compassion, working with birth parents, caseworkers, and the justice system, documentation, transporting children to their doctors appointments, court, parents visitation, documenting med logs on a daily basis, involved in Child Family Team Meetings, and receiving training hours as a Foster Parent.
