Soccer is one of the most popular international sports, with millions of people participating in over 140 countries. In a soccer game there are two teams of 11 players who try to score a point by kicking a ball into the net. It is playing on a rectangular field with a net on each short side of the field. All players must strike the ball with their feet or bodies, and only the goalie may touch the ball with his or her hands. Soccer can help people stay fit and healthy, so many people can play soccer and get benefit from it. Soccer is a great recreational sport that is a lot of fun and my favorite team for in the English Premier League is Liverpool FC.
