I was given the privilege of being the secretary of finances for a local church while still in Bible college and completing my preparation. Completed about a year and a half dedicated to this job field with a professional appearance, and completed assigned tasks with a focus on quality. Dependable and quick-learning team player with effective communication and organizational skills.

A complete change arose when the Christian school was seeking a new candidate to fulfill its on-site Lower Elementary teacher position, with provided on-site training conducted by an Abeka representative, alongside online training and seminars to prepare for the position. This job opportunity was directly offered, and I decided to take on the challenge to supply this need with a willing and devoted heart in this new chapter. With all the training provided and having professional orientation through it all, I became a passionate teacher for the group of students given. Implementing the Abeka curriculum and video lessons. Dedicated six years to helping and assessing students to strive, promoting academic performance, fostering social skills, character development, and more.

I became interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician through Action Behavior Center, an ABA therapy clinic. I registered for the Relias Academy and received the Registered Behavior Technician Series for preparation. Successfully completed the 40-hour training component of the RBT credentials as a requirement by the state. I soon became a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician, skilled in implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Strong attention to detail, and adaptability. Ensured effective behavioral interventions for clients, and data entry of their progress. I successfully build rapport and trust with every patient. Resourceful Registered Behavior Technician in developing and executing behavior intervention plans, followed by BCBA supervision.
