I have been working since high school, though I can't recall exact dates to be able to add them here. In high school I worked for KFC, a clothing store that closed long ago, and a learning center as a teacher's aide. From 2006-2012 I have worked in dietary of a hospital, as a daycare cook, and as an intern at a local bakery. I was employed as a cook for Red Robin, IHOP, Olive Garden, a local restaurant, and even assisted at a local university where I learned more institutional cooking, and a touch of catering. Working at IHOP and Olive Garden gave me the experience of opening a new restaurant and learning to handle the constant rush of customers being one of the first people employed at both establishments. I have also worked for a short while for a Kroger store, a Sears, and a Joann Fabrics. During high school, I had the option to take a few classes that were more vocational than traditional which gave me some experience with carpentry, retail merchandising, radio and television production, and culinary arts.
