Assist the supervisor in developing and conducting proficiency training during the technician work week to mechanics. Provide training in techniques of repair and maintenance of aircraft and related equipment. Evaluate training needs through observation of performed tasks and continuously assess the skill levels and proficiency of assigned personnel.
