• Monitors customer temperature during repair activities to ensure that the customer remains pleased with the services being provided by the technicians as well as gauging what actions can be improved upon to minimize future downtime and drive customer satisfaction up.
• Responsible for implementing Crisis Mitigation Strategies to help manage and control potentially volatile situations and reinforce to the customer that the company is here to support them and to help them deliver quality healthcare to the patients.

• Works closely with Supply Chain to ensure the quality of parts and service providers.
• Monitors and drives improvement of field technical staff expertise.
• Travels and assists with complex service calls when deemed appropriate by the NSS and Service Line Leader.
• Works with InterMed staff and others to ensure monthly compliance reporting is accurate and meets regulatory and customer requirements.
• Assist with PM Scheduling, proper PM checklists are being utilized, and working with management to identify additional opportunities for training staff.
• Assists in the design of support programs and offerings that add value to all client types.
• Answer FBS Inquiries regarding customer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
• Ensures down systems are returned to service as rapidly and efficiently as practical.
• As needed, creates customized internal training materials and procedures, and trains users in the proper use of hardware and software.
• Confers with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new or used systems or upgrades.
• Conducts service feasibility studies, including risk mitigation analysis, recurring service issues, and/or system cost analysis.
• Cover HTM (In House) Accounts and manage their Biomed programs in cases of Account Manager Illness/PTO/Vacancy.
• Other service needs as deemed necessary by the operations team.

• Performs preventive maintenance checks and services (i.e., test, operate, lubricate, adjusts, tightens, cleans, installs, and validates) on all medical equipment in accordance with OEM and FDA guidelines.
• Troubleshoots to isolate malfunctioning parts and assemblies on all Sterrad and EvoTech units.
• Computes power and space requirements for installation of medical equipment and installs units to manufacturers specifications.
• Accurately captures service documentation and provides reports to customers after each maintenance activity.
• Manage multiple customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and patient safety standards are met and exceeded when possible.
• Provide extended support to accounts throughout the DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas as well as providing back up to Oklahoma, New Mexico and Louisiana territories.
• Obtained ample experience with PM Kit installation, testing, troubleshooting and repairing EvoTech, Sterrad NX, 100NX, 100S and All-Clear units.
• Manage Vehicle Trunk Stock of Parts and PM Kits Ensuring accuracy throughout the year via Mandatory Inventories and periodic self checks
• Operate and Maintain company fleet vehicle ensuring that scheduled maintenance is completed at the appropriate intervals and that the vehicle registration remains up to date

• Performed numerous preventive maintenance checks and services as well as completed many repairs on Rad room units, mobile x-ray units and C-Arms.

• Performs preventive maintenance checks and services (i.e., test, operate, lubricates, adjusts, tightens, and cleans) on all medical equipment in accordance with TB MED 750-2 and OEM Literature.
• Troubleshoots to isolate malfunctioning or Defective components and/or boards on medically related equipment.
