Summary

After a very long and rewarding career with Bellsouth/AT&T I decided to retire in July of 2023. Constant outside work in the searing Florida sun along with constant cabling work in residential Attics and crawl spaces, a Premises Technician has become a young man's job. However with my skills as a technician and manager I believe I will become a valuable asset to you company until full retirement (another approx. 10 years) can be achieved.

Premises Technician

  • Installed and repaired home internet, Video and VOIP telephone services into residential homes and businesses using copper and fiber optic outside facilities and running Coaxial, Cat5, Cat6 and Fiber Optic Cable on premises.
  • Trouble shooting customer devices such as Computers, Printers, Iphones, internet extenders and various other devices for connectivity.

  • Development or repair, refurbishing and Quality Control processes.
  • Established and managed yearly budget of over $1 million.
  • Presenting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual P&L statements to the Director and Vice President in terms of "Repair Cost Avoidance".
