Job duties include general customer service in person, over the phone and over the computer as well as warehouse duties.

Job including conducting research on auto dealerships across the country. In this research process, I would check the inventory of each dealership and then make sure each dealership is following the guidelines that Costco has for them. I would track this data in Excel. This job also required that I took on a persona as a secret shopper.

General customer service duties in call center as well as invoice processing.

Job duties included meeting quota for inbound and outbound sales calls as well as order processing and general sales.

Job duties including working closely with companies to create orders, placing those orders and handling the processing of the orders from start to finish. Phone duties were also included in the job duties.

Warehouse duties including warehouse inventory management and part pulling . Fulfilling orders, customer service and new employee training were also included in the job duties.

Job duties including general tutoring and assisting students in communication via reading and writing for their college courses.

Job duties included inventory tracking, quality control, incoming inventory management as well as general warehouse stowing and pulling.

Job duties included customer service, cashier duties as well as keeping a clean environment.
