• Assisted the VP III in the scheduling, organization and execution of Primary Recruitment, including the planning of pre-recruitment workshops, run-throughs and dress code checks.
• Meet with the Treasurer to draft the recruitment budget.– Track all fines for members who miss mandatory recruitment events.
• Meet with the Director of Logistics (and committee) and the VP III to establish round plans, including

themes, decorations, entertainment and food.
• Help plan and/or facilitate recruitment workshops.

• Help the Director of Connection (and committee) in the tracking of PNMs, compiling info such as name, hometown, high school, GPA, high school involvement/honors, etc.
• Reach out to local alumnae for recruitment help/involvement.
• Inform the chapter of obligations and responsibilities related to Primary Recruitment (workshop dates, round times, etc.).
