As a server, I interact with my customers in a friendly way as efficiently as possible, take accurate orders, ensure that each customer has everything that he or she needs, deliver food and beverages quickly and as requested. Additionally, I help my coworkers whenever I have free time through cleaning tables for our bussers, collecting tips for and cleaning the bar, and putting together doordash orders for the kitchen.

As a food service worker, I prepared food to be added to the line, where I would listen to requests from the students and add ingredients to their order, as well as use the register to accept payments for the orders. Additionally, I worked on the other side of the restaurant as a barista, taking orders for coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, and sandwiches, and preparing food and beverage for the students. At the end of each night working at W&L, I would clean the restaurant, store extra food and ingredients, and help prep food for the next morning.

Due to school, I worked at Hardee's during summer for 2 years. During this time, as a cashier, I took orders in person and through a headset at the window, I helped customers at the cash register to pay for their meals, I prepared drinks and milkshakes, and I sorted each persons meals to ensure that each customer received their correct order. Additionally, I maintained a clean work environment for my fellow employees, restocked each necessary tool for the next morning, and occasionally helped prep food for the kitchen. I also took on many extra shifts for those who were unable to work.
