Working with autistic kids

• Fulfill consumer and distribution orders and prepare them for pick-up. Also assist with unloading weekly replenishment truck for stock crew.

• Provided information and documents complaints regarding health insurance. Utilized standard technology such as telephone, email, web browser and chat to perform job duties.

• Unloaded trucks and sorted products in the backroom. Stocked necessary products on shelves and ensured that aisles remained neat and clean. Also greeted customers and assisted them with any questions and/or concerns.

• Assisted customers with all of their shopping needs including responding to inquiries and helping customers with locating, carrying, and loading merchandise. Also supported check out and other functions as needed including preparing quick-load items, replenishing shelf stock, and using power equipment.
