
Geophysicist with 20+ years experience of seismic data processing. Experience covers roles ranging from Project Geophysicist, running individual projects through to more leadership positions at Manager level, responsible for managing multiple teams and processing operations. Excellent technical knowledge of signal processing and depth imaging along with strong project and people management skills. Interested in Processing Manager or similar type roles within the Geophysical industry.
Experienced in data processing and business development with a strong background in managing teams and projects. Led a processing team at TGS focused on time processing and depth imaging, ensuring project execution aligned with scope and timelines. Successfully implemented FWI technology across all production projects, establishing it as a standard in depth imaging.
I also held the position of Imaging Director at TGS, responsible for marine data processing operations. This involved managing diverse teams and ensuring projects were executed and delivered as planned with a focus on technology along with quality and turnaround. Projects comprised a mixture of 2D, 3D, OBN, both new acquisition and legacy reprocessing.
Prior to TGS, held similar roles at ION where my experience covers 2D, 3D, OBC and transition zone projects from around the world (South America, Gulf of Mexico, East & West Africa, Asia, North Sea, the Arctic and Middle East) I worked for ION-GXT for 18 years before they were acquired by TGS in 2022. Prior to joining ION in 2003, I spent 3 years with Scott Pickford and 2 years with Global Geo-services. Graduated from the University of London in 1994 with a BSc in Geology.
