Responsibilities include directing the maintenance operations, education and activities of 175+ properties roughly 50,000 units. Tasks include mass communications with onsite teams, Regional Property Managers and Directors.

I am directly involved in contract management for landscaping, snowplowing and $2500-$15,000 capitol projects. Vendor management and material procurement has been a large part of my role.

Additionally, I work to create action plans for market changes in laws and codes.

I am proud to have developed and teach several in person trade classes such as The Certified Pool Operator class and exam, Maintenance 101, HVAC and electrical classes and many more.
