Operated strategically-located robotic frozen dessert delivery kiosks in major Houston area hospitals.

  • Developed marketing and promo programs unique to each location and participated in ongoing customer-facing events.
  • Managed inventory and allocation of products for each machine; scheduled and performed weekly stocking, service and cleaning as required.
  • Supported regulatory cleaning and sanitation compliance by overseeing all operations to verify protocol adherence.

  • Founder and CEO. ABX specialized in designing, installing and maintaining business telecommunication and paging systems in the Houston Metropolitan area.
  • Before selling the operation, built the installed "product sold-to" base to approximately 400 sites while accumulating an additional 200 supported telecommunication customers requesting our support.
  • Responsible for maintaining a tight-knit group of 8-10 individuals focused on a variety of daily activities which included scheduled deployments and daily service call support.
  • Organized the team via daily planning, scheduling and coordination meetings. Monitored daily progress via Motorola radio system and participated in the overall field delivery effort.
  • Ordered frequent daily updates and changes to delivery schedules based on priority and severity of incoming support calls.
  • After selling the company, remained available on a retainer to provide consultation and support to new owner/operators.

  • Documented and helped resolve many isolated manufacturer technology issues which led to satisfactory results in equipment and software operation which were deployed at customer sites. This took incredible relationship management, customer patience and manufacturer confidence in my ability to provide a solution.
  • Created a custom software program for logging and tracking open service and installation requests resulting in billing, follow-up requirements and a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
