Owner and operator of North American Wireless Solutions (NAWS) and The Customer Center (TCC) Connecticut and Texas. (Both partnerships started out with Nextel Communications and then with Sprint Wireless once they purchased Nextel) Aligned inventory processes with demand projections to maximize operational and budget efficiency. Recruited, hired and trained over 200 employees for 38 retail stores in two states to become Sprint’s fourth largest master wholesaler. Oversaw business budget planning, accounting functions, inventory management, purchasing and payroll. Started with 3 locations and grew them to 38 in Connecticut and Texas over a 10-year period. At the time of selling the business in 2011, was generating 25 million a year in revenue.
