Daylan has always been know as an excellent worker, no matter the task or circumstance. He is exceptionally dependable, and you never hear of him taking days off, unless it is totally necessary to do so. Hearing about his stories from college, he seems to be quite the athlete, and it shows through the way he handles day to day routine activities at work. He picks things up fairly quick and doesn't seem to become frustrated at taking on new tasks. On top of it all he is a great young man, and is very easy to get along with. I believe (that) goes a long way when it comes to having a full-time employee. He has never had a problem with early days, he gets up and gets to work for months (on months) at a time during the early mornings. He might be the most well-rounded worker/employee I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I don't know if you're a religious person/employer, but Daylan is a firm believer in Jesus and has great morals (which is all that matters). He never has a problem with lending a hand, even if he were to not to be paid for the task. Daylan is a really, really great guy.
