Received & packed specimens & expedited delivery process for lab processing. Understood & adhered to HIPPA policies, procedures & regulations to maintain confidentiality.

Delivered instruction on CPR, AED, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, HIPAA, and babysitting classes. Performed data entry and traveled throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.

This was my family's business since 1972. After graduating Culinary School, I went back to the family business. I had worked for my family since I was little. I helped where wherever needed from the Laundry department, recreation, housekeeping, dietary, to the dining room feeding our residents that needed help. In 1996 is when my family decided to put me on the payroll. From menu planning, ordering stock & supplies, interviewing residents and family members. To filling shifts and keeping my kitchens deficiency free.
